Armand has more than 10 years experience in the Mining Industry.  He worked at Genet Mineral Processing during 2009-2019, where he was the Plant Manager during 2009-2019 and Mine Manager 3.1 appointee during 2017-2019.

He has qualified at the Colliery Training College with various certifications such as Introduction to Lump Ore Beneficiation, (Coal Prep with distinction), Supervise of a work unit, S3 Risk Management and Opencast Blasting Certificate (DMRE).

He is currently employed at Africoal SA as a Site Manager with a 2.6.1 appointment at Pegasus and has a wealth of Plant experience (Lump ore Beneficiation) and Mining experience ( Blasting ticket).
